REFUND/ORDER CANCELATION 

  • REFUNDS

    Because of limited class capacity and our commitments to our instructors, Visual Learn does not offer refunds on any Visual Learn training, instruction course or class if you change your mind or are unable to attend for whatever the emergency reason may be. You may re-schedule or move to a different class if you give us written notice by e-mail to info@visual-learn.rocks (include your full name, date/time the class that you are registered in and the class that you want to re-schedule for date/time). at least (3 days) 72 hours in advance of the scheduled course. 

    Cancellations over the phone or in person at any of our classes  will not be honored. 

    In the case of a cancellation, you will receive a Visual Learn credit that can be applied toward a future training or class you wish to attend of the same cost. Your registration in a class may be transferred to another person if that person meets all training prerequisites and is otherwise qualified to take the class, provided you give us at least (3 days) 72 hours  prior notice by e-mail with the full name, e-mail address, and phone number for your substitute, class date/time.

    No refunds are available if you are NOT able to attend a class that you already scheduled. $$FULL Refunds are only available if Visual learn cancels a class.  If you are unable to attend your originally scheduled class, we will gladly reschedule.

  • Class Cancellation and Re-Scheduling

    Class Cancellations and Re-scheduling 
    We understand that people have busy lives and sometimes need to reschedule a class. However, our instructors and our range time are planned according to class size, so when students schedule and reschedule, it creates problems for us at Visual Learn.
    We are a small business and don't have a full staff dedicated to handling refunds, cancellation and re-scheduling of classes.  Often we have waiting lists for classes, so last minute cancellations or no-shows make it quite difficult for us to allow someone else to take your spot. Please be sure the class you sign up for works for your schedule and make the commitment to be there!

    We understand that things happen in life and you may not be able to make your scheduled training.  To maintain the quality of our training, we keep our class sizes small so we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to another student.   We require that our students cancel at least 72 hours prior to their training.  Our refund policy is as follows:

    – Student cancels a training or class at a minimum of (5 days) prior to training — Full Refund. 

     

    – Student cancels less than (5 days) prior to training or is a no show for class — No Refund

     

    – Visual Learn cancels training — Full Refund

     

    – The credit, if any, can be applied to future Visual Learn training and is valid for twelve months from the date of the original scheduled class

    In the event of a last minute emergency (such as you being involved in an accident or a family emergency), please contact Visual Learn as soon as possible at info@visual-learn.rocks (include your full name, date and class that you registered for and the nature of your emergency). 

     

    We train rain or shine, hot or cold, so bad weather is not a valid emergency.
